About the event
Enjoy a morning of yoga at the farm with local yoga teacher, Lilia Grajeda. This class is a can opener and canned food drive, so be sure to bring a donation for our Karma box, any amount of donations is appreciated! The session will be 45 minutes and all you need is a yoga mat or towel. Expect an accessible, gentle and lighthearted yoga sequence suitable for all bodies.
